William started his recruitment career more than a decade ago with a focus on interim IT & Digital recruitment in London. He then set up a consultancy firm to deliver project-based, software engineering expertise before transitioning into IT executive search.
As a tech enthusiast and entrepreneur, William enjoys bridging the gap between emerging technology and big businesses. In his current role, he is responsible for the interim business in HK, specialising in Business Change and Digital Transformation.
