Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Operational Management: Develop and execute strategies for compensation and benefits while efficiently managing daily operations.
  • Compensation Design: Manage and optimize headcount planning, incentives, bonuses, rewards, and flexible benefits to align with organizational objectives.
  • Payroll Management: Set up and handle manual payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Process Transformation: Identify opportunities for improving budgeting and financial processes related to compensation and benefits, driving operational excellence.
  • Reward Systems: Design and implement cash and non-cash payment systems, including commission structures, to enhance employee motivation and satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all compensation and benefits processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements and support audit and reporting activities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll management, with a strong focus on operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle manual payroll systems with precision and compliance.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing reward and incentive programs, including commission structures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Native Thai speaker with good English proficiency.
