Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, inventory control, and P&L management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
• Manage inventory accounting and stock control to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with internal audit and internal control teams to ensure strong governance and risk management.
• Utilize Oracle ERP for financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvements.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in the retail industry.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
• Strong background in inventory management and stock control.
• Expertise in P&L management, FP&A, and financial reporting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid CPA license.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP system.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Native Thai speaker with good English proficiency
