Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, inventory control, and P&L management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
- Manage inventory accounting and stock control to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with internal audit and internal control teams to ensure strong governance and risk management.
- Utilize Oracle ERP for financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvements.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in the retail industry.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
- Strong background in inventory management and stock control.
- Expertise in P&L management, FP&A, and financial reporting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid CPA license.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP system.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Native Thai speaker with good English proficiency
