As they continue to grow, they are looking for a HR Manager to partner with business leaders, drive engagement, and develop their workforce to build a high-performance culture.
The Role:
As an HR Manager, you will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing expert guidance on all aspects of Human Resources, including:
- Strategic HR Advisory – Offer insights on performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and workforce analytics to support business objectives.
- HR Operations & Compliance – Manage personnel records, contracts, leave, insurance, and benefits administration, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with local labor laws.
- Employee Engagement & Culture – Champion initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen workplace culture, and position the company as a Great Place to Work.
- Risk & Compliance Management – Oversee grievance resolution, performance counseling, and non-performance management, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Process Improvement & Digitalization – Drive efficiencies in HR processes through digital transformation, ensuring accurate reporting of people metrics for informed decision-making.
- Regional & Global HR Projects – Support the implementation of global and regional initiatives across Retail, Distribution, and Cruise business models in the Asia Pacific region, contributing to business growth and new opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field, with strong generalist HR experience, particularly in employee relations and labor law compliance.
- Proven experience within the Retail sectors in the Asia Pacific region.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in an additional language being a plus.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), SuccessFactors, and other HRIS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and support business leaders effectively.
- A proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving approach to navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments.
