Lead Commando Developer - Equity Trading - Contract- 100k P/M

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the local Commando team and act as the primary point of contact for equity trading technology support in Asia.
• Collaborate with the Paris team to implement and maintain approval processes for the region.
• Enhance and optimize trading tools for both linear and non-linear equity trading desks, supporting asset classes such as exotics and delta-one products.
• Develop and maintain trading applications using VBA, C#, and Python, while migrating to modern technologies like WebUI/React.
• Drive the adoption of Machine Learning (ML) and AI to enhance productivity and automate workflows.
• Provide technical advisory and hands-on development, ensuring stability, performance, and innovation within the trading tech ecosystem.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in VBA, C#, and Python development.
• Experience working in equity trading environments, ideally within linear and non-linear products.
• Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing or coordinating with global teams.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies (React, WebUI, etc.) is a plus.
• Machine Learning/AI experience is a strong advantage, particularly in driving automation and efficiency.
