Sales Director

Responsibilities:

• Owning and hitting/ exceeding annual sales/ revenue targets
• Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

Requirement:

• At least 5 years of experience in the Insurance industry
• Sales / Business Development experience
• Strong IT / Technical knowledge / understanding
• Experience in Regional role would be advantage but not essential
• Excellent in communication skill and client relationship development skill
• Languages capability: Fluent command of English and Chinese
