Senior Configurator - International Insurance Solutions

Job Description:
As a Senior Configurator, you will be an integral part of the NeOS team, focusing on developing smart middle office modules. You will work on projects for international clients, ensuring the seamless implementation and customization of our software solutions. Your role will involve analyzing, prototyping, and developing new application components while maintaining alignment with existing standards and proposing innovative customizations when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project owners to prototype and implement new features.
• Adapt and configure application programs to meet client needs.
• Model and configure processes to enhance system functionality.
• Create technical documentation and participate in user training material development.
• Work closely with the UX/UI team to design intuitive interfaces.
• Manage offshore developers and ensure project deadlines are met.

Required Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Python, Jinja, Nunjucks.
• Experience: Proven experience in software platform implementation and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Jira/Confluence is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the insurance or social protection sector is highly desirable.
• Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset.
